By cultivating a coherent, synergistic field in a small and skillfully facilitated closed group, the Awakening Leadership Lab will help you sense into and clarify your call, vision, or purpose. You'll identify next steps and be emboldened to take action in a consistent way so that what you intuit as being possible can actually birth itself into the world.
As a "lab," we'll actively invoke the spirit of playful exploration and cultivate an attitude of curiosity. We welcome "mistakes" as a necessary part of the awakening, evolving, and expressing process!

THE DETAILS....
The Awakening Leadership Lab is carefully designed to cohere a potent collective field that builds evolutionary momentum in our awakening process and in our growth as leaders. It's closed-group format helps build alchemical trust and synergy, while the multi-month commitment provides critical continuity that allows action to coalesce in our lives. Here are the logistical details:
- 6-month closed group
- Facilitated by Margit, a Trillium Awakening teacher and professional life coach
- Meets every 1st and 3rd Mondays, from Oct '21 - March '22
- Held on Zoom, from 4:00 - 6:30 pm Pacific Time
- Tailored support during group meetings
- Peer-coaching session w/ a partner every "off" week
- Individual weekly assignments including "inner" practices and "outer" action steps
- Group is limited to 6 people, to allow for more in-depth work
- Bonus: discounted individual coaching sessions (see below)
Cost
You may be wondering why there is no fee displayed for this course. The reason is because I offer the Leadership Lab in the spirit of a gift, and therefore the fee is self-determined.
I’ll explain more when you go through the registration process, but essentially, you will choose a fee that feels right to you. You can base that amount on your financial means, your feeling of value and gratitude, and/or your desire to support my work. You may choose to pay what a normal online program of this level of quality costs, or you may choose more, less, or even zero. For many people, the right amount is one that embodies a commitment while fully respecting your financial situation. Margit’s leadership lab created a container for unexpected learnings about myself and the social process of leadership. The structured time provided safety for individuals to express their deepest dreams and goals.
During this time, we practiced listening and responding in particular ways requested by each individual. The unstructured moments of interactions and group discussions entered us into mirroring some of the social fabric in our larger society and tensions regarding current events.
Overall, I began the lab with my personal vision clarification, and ended the lab with a much deeper and wider capacity for holding more of the whole world in my heart and awareness."
